TAX TABLE UPDATES – FOR WAGES PAID AFTER MAY 28, 2003(or as soon as possible thereafter)

To Update the Federal Tax Tables:

1.     Start One-Write Plus

2.     Proceed to SETUP.

3.     Move down to the TAX TABLES and press enter.

4.     Move down to PAYROLL TAX TABLES and press enter.

5.     Enter MANUALLY UPDATE.

6.     Click on the ”NEXT” block at the top of the screen

The Annual Tables will appear on the screen. (Only the annual tables are required.  The system takes these annual tables and converts to weekly, BI-weekly or semi-monthly based on your selection when you prepare your payroll.)

7.     The Single Percentage Table will appear on your screen.  Make the  following changes in the area not shaded:

Change the ANNUAL EXEMPTION AMOUNT to $3,100.00 then:

8.     Click on the “TABLES” block at the top of the screen and choose the Married Percentage Table.  Change the detail as follows:

9.     Click on the “SAVE’ block at the top of the screen
